Refund policy

VIN Shield reports are digital and delivered instantly. You get a full refund if:

• your report could not be generated or downloaded,
• the VIN could not be decoded and no vehicle data was returned, or
• you were charged more than once for the same report.

The report explains what it contains before you pay. VIN Shield does not sell title records, so a refund is not given because title or accident records are not included.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@vinshield.report within 14 days with your report ID (it starts with VS-). We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. A refunded report's verification page is switched off.
